**Due to intrastate wine shipping restrictions, we can only direct ship alcoholic beverages to these states: Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Montana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Vermont and Virginia. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.
You must be 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages via our online store. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker, and the carrier that delivers our merchandise is required to ask and check for identification upon delivery. This means that you will have to be present at the time of delivery.
Orders placed will be shipped within the next 2 business days automatically, unless you request a specific shipping date. If any of the merchandise ordered is not in stock, we will send you an email notification and the shipment will not go out until we get an authorization to ship from you. If the shipment does not reach on time on express shipments, you are entitled to a refund on shipping charges, but no refunds/returns are accepted on products purchased. This applies only to express shipments and not to ground shipments. For All Occasions® is not responsible for return packages because of incorrect or incomplete address. In that case we will not be able to refund any shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. No address changes can be made once the package leaves the store. If you choose, we can reship to the correct address after the package comes back to us and the additional shipping charges will be your responsibility. If you choose not to reship the 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Returns
Cancelled and/or returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
